HTML example file.

Steps to reproduce:
    1) Load HTML attachment into Mobile Safari on iOS 10.3.2.
    2) Enable VoiceOver via settings.
    3) Focus bananas or peaches tab via VO virtual cursor.
    4) Double tap anywhere on page to select tab under virtual VO cursor.

Expected Results: Focus should remain on the selected tab.
Actual Results: Focus moves to another element on the page after tab selection.

Notes: I noticed this is only with dynamic content in a tab panel that has a specific height & scrolling setup. I will upload a video shortly.
