The tests cssom-view/{elementFromPoint.html,elementsFromPoint.html} were updated upstream in https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/pull/6349 to fit within the 800x600 window used in layout tests.

Looking at the Mac-debug error logs, the tests that are failing are not the ones modified by this patch. I think we can proceed here.
