the scroll bar for the enclosed (Java?) window doesn't appear, even after clicking an item; which in Firefox would make the scroll bar appear.
In Firefox, the scroll bar will appear, though it isn't pretty, after click (opening) an item in the list.
This is exclusively in the four hour window mode.

Looks like the 4 hours view is no longer available. The ZIP code I used for testing: 11509.
