Webkit Release : r-30123 Port : Gtk BUG DESCRIPTION: 1. Browse - http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Test/HTML401/current/tests/16_5-BF-01.html 2. Page is displayed. Page contains frames with different properties. 3. Page is not rendered correctly. 4. Scrollbars of frames does not scroll with frame NOTE: PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT FOR REFERENCE

Confirmed on WebKit r31185. The scrollbars on the iframes remain static when the page is scrolled, resulting in them being in the wrong place. The attached HTML file demonstrates the issue quite clearly, and also demonstrates a separate bug where the text entry field is not clipped to the iframe (I'll file a separate bug for this if one does not already exist).
