After GMail loads, the webpage title remains "Loading...", while in other browsers, it changes to say "Gmail - Inbox - (name)"

Confirmed. IMO the bug report is duplicate of bug 16896 or at least related to that bug.

Agreed, marking as a duplicate, and adding a comment to that bug about the page title. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 16896 ***
