Created attachment 311229 [details] BT from gdb for epiphany, after stopping manually #1 I'm using WebKitGtk+ with my own JHBuild setting: https://github.com/tanty/jhbuild-epiphany/tree/master Epiphany 3.24.1 and WebKit 2.16.1. However, the rest of the dependencies, but mesa and its dependencies, and evince, are all provided from Debian Testing. The compilation was done with CMake args: '-DPORT=GTK -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -DENABLE_MINIBROWSER=ON -DCMAKE_C_FLAGS_RELEASE="-O0 -g -DNDEBUG -DG_DISABLE_CAST_CHECKS" -DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS_RELEASE="-O0 -g -DNDEBUG -DG_DISABLE_CAST_CHECKS"' At random, Epiphany just gets stall. Quite often, straight away after opening a saved session. This bug is not reproducible in a predictable way.

I think e fixed this in r214882. Could you try with 2.16.2 or 2.16.3?

We've gone through 2.18.x releases already, and currently we are in 2.20.1 Does this still happen? I cannot reproduce this, neither using Epiphany's “Remember previous tabs on startup” setting, nor killing Epiphany a few times and re-starting it. FTR, I am using Epiphany 3.28.1.1 with WebKitGTK+ 2.20.1 from Arch Linux packages — I wonder whether the different build options might have something to do, but it would be rare. Andrés, does this still happen to you, or can we close this one?
