The test fast/mediastream/RTCPeerConnection-inspect-offer-bundlePolicy-bundle-only.html is set to fail in test Expectations, but has started to Timeout as well

I was able to reproduce on Debug and release for Sierra with:

run-webkit-tests -f fast/mediastream/RTCPeerConnection-inspect-offer-bundlePolicy-bundle-only.html --iterations=50 --debug --no-retry-failure

run-webkit-tests -f fast/mediastream/RTCPeerConnection-inspect-offer-bundlePolicy-bundle-only.html --iterations=50 --no-retry-failure
