According to the Flakiness dashboard, this test no longer seems to be timing out but rather it has become a flaky failure on Sierra Release WK2.

There are no test expectation entries for this test anymore. Since this bug has changed topics a couple of times. I'm moving it to resolved and filing a new one with information about the current failure mode.
