Notice that no actual results are shown. Looking at Web Inspector I see the output errors of the form:

[Error] Refused to display 'https://build.webkit.org/results/Apple%20El%20Capitan%20Debug%20WK1%20(Tests)/r214294%20(109)/fast/events/pageshow-pagehide-on-back-cached-with-frames-diff.txt' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'SAMEORIGIN'.

It seems like there are at least two issues:

1. build.webkit.org has X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN
2. svn.webkit.org doesn't have Access-Control-Allow-Origin

For some reason the original link does no longer shows results for El Capitan (why?)

This issue is fixed as viewing <https://webkit-test-results.webkit.org/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#showAllRuns=true&revision=215512&showExpectations=true&tests=imported%2Fw3c%2Fweb-platform-tests%2Fhtml%2Fbrowsers%2Fhistory%2Fthe-history-interface%2Fhistory_go_undefined.html> loads results from Apple Sierra Release WK2 (Tests).
