This test got renamed here - https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/commit/c1700c9c285b5375337dc7ce1f3f5fe2fa181f5b

to macos-inline-media-controls-bar-always-ltr.html and we don't have any platform specific expectation for this except `mac-site-isolation`, which is totally different thing. So I will mark this as `RESOLVED WONTFIX`.
