See https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/pull/5032 > Reorganised tests: webvtt-file-format-parsing -> parsing, webvtt-file-parsing -> file-parsing and webvtt-cue-text-parsing-rules -> cue-text-parsing Need to update test expectations accordingly.
