Reproduction steps: 1. Visit https://tabelog.com/tokyo/A1308/A130801/rstLst/RC010201/ 2. If you see a map with English text, click on "日本語" on the right upper corner, and open the URL again. 3. Open a bunch of pages on a new tab by cmd+click on the names of restaurants. 4. Open one of the newly opened tabs. 5. Go back to the ranking / list page. 6. Open more restaurants in a new tab. Repeat 3-6 a couple of times. WebContent process will end up using 100% of CPU. Tested on STP23 and STP24.

https://tabelog.com/ is an equivalent of Yelp in Japan, and it's one of the most popular websites in Japan.

I couldn't reproduce a similar issue on Chrome 56.0.2924.87.
