I was redirected here from the Epiphany bug tracker as you can see here : https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=777971
I am trying to login to my ebanking account (https://www.winbank.gr/sites/idiwtes/en/Pages/default.aspx), the site accepts my user/pass - no error indication - but after loading the page, it presents me with the same login page.
The site works with other browsers on the same system (Firefox 51.0).
The Web Inspectors output, where the only error I get is :
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (print.css.map, line 0).
I am using Antergos GNOME, Version 3.22.2 on the Wayland Display Server. Kernel version 4.9.6-1-ARCH. The WebkitGTK versions are webkitgtk3=2.4.11 | webkitgtk=2.4.11-4
Hello Tasos! Since your bug report WebKitGTK+ has gone through a few
releases, and there has been fixes for authentication in other websites.
It is hard for us to try netbanking websites like this one by ourselves,
so I would like to ask you to try using newer versions of WebKitGTK+
and Epiphany and let us know whether this bug report is still relevant.
Thanks a lot in advance!
(The latest stable releases are WebKitGTK+ 2.20.1 and Epiphany 188.8.131.52,
both of which are available in Arch Linux, which seems to be the distro
you were using at the time of the bug report.)
