I noticed that epiphany 3.23.4/webkitgtk+ 2.15.3 ignores gsettings 'set org.gnome.Epiphany max-processes 3' and just starts a new web process per tab. So opening 12 tabs ended up with 12 web processes. I have verified by downgrading to 3.22.5/2.14.3 that this worked in the stable branch so it is a regression.

OK, it's working fine for me with this Tuesday's trunk, so maybe it was fixed since 2.15.3? I didn't see any suspicious commits fly by, though, so I'm not sure. Please reopen this bug if it's still broken for you in the next release.
