Start downloading some moderately-large file in Epiphany, then start playing a YouTube video. Click the fullscreen button on the video and wait for the download to complete. When the download completes while in fullscreen mode, the EphyDownloadPopover will appear above the fullscreen HTML5 video. This should not happen; our video should always appear over top of the GTK+ UI.
