Created attachment 298021 [details] Video of bug replication When zooming in and out on a simple webpage (no styles or scripts), chunks of content flicker in different areas. I have included two videos that show the results of zooming in and out. Apologies for the vertical video, it was the best way to get a stable shot.

What iOS version are you reproducing this with?

It is reproducible for us on iOS 10.x versions.

Can you be more specific? 10.3 had some changes in this area.

Sure. We have tried this on 10.2, 10.3 and 10.3 beta 4 versions.
