Description Matt Lilek 2007-12-21 16:54:29 PST
The inspector's node highlight does not follow a tab dragged to a new window. After dragging the tab out of the window, both Mac and Windows show the highlight on the previous tab (bug 14254), but if you switch to the source view, then back to the DOM View, Windows makes things all good. Mac however, keeps the highlight in the old, original window, but calculates the hole based on the node's position in the new window (see screenshot).

Doesn't really apply any more. Highlights don't persist when the cursor leaves the DOM tree.
