Summary: XHR / Fetch for non-text content should not show garbled text Steps to Reproduce: 1. Inspect a page that loads Images via XHR 2. Load an image (foo.png) via XHR 3. Select the image in Resources sidebar => Image content rendered as Text instead of an Image Notes: - Affects Raw CachedResources (XHR, Fetch, Media)
