The select tag has a weird behavior for me. If you focus a select tag, then scroll it out of view and then press the up or down arrow key, the select box popup will appear outside of the view. For example I've used this page: http://trac.macosforge.org/projects/macports/newticket but it works for every other page which contains a select tag which can be scrolled out of view. I'll attach a screenshot of the behavior. I've tested this with WebitKit r28848 on 10.5.1 and Safari3 on 10.4.11.
