Users with BIDI UI will see drop-down menus, left align on new Safari3. Steps: (using couple of Google Live products an one none-Google) Ex1: (see PIC) 1. Launch your Gmail account \ Settings \ UI = Hebrew or Arabic \ Save 2. Press Settings again \ POP Tab \ See Drop-Down Ex2: (see PIC) 1. Launch www.google.co.il \ Press the link for Advertising products \ Press AdWords (You should get to this link in Hebrew:
https://adwords.google.com/select/Login
) 2. Press Join now \ Select Standard Edition (The second option) \ Continue 3. See the Drop-down in the first step Ex3: (From a different company) Open Nana shopping site \ See Search drop-down
http://www.nanashops.co.il/
Observe: In all samples - The drop-down will show content left align with Scroll bar on the right Expected: Like IE6,7 and FF2 to have Right align, Right Reading order with Scroll-bar on the left Notes: This concern happens in all BIDI sites with Drop-down and with products by different companies. It is consistent. Repro on Safari3 over PC and on MAc Lepord

This bug covers two separate controls: pop-up menus and list boxes. In both cases text is left-aligned (Windows actually had right-aligned text for a while and was changed to match the Mac).

Rerpo with none-Google products. See Ex3. Repro also on Apple Lepord (not a Windows bug)... even on a MAC Drop-down are ok for FF2 but not on the Safari Repro with List box and other Drop-Downs items. (Did nto see it in Pop-ups)

I can't imagine this is still an issue. Looks like it's working to me?
