Description Chris Dumez 2016-10-16 18:30:40 PDT
Update WebKit localizable strings.

It was reported that if you go to the following demo page in WebKit nightly
- https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/report-validity/

Then enter 3 letters and click the "Report Validity" button, then it shows a bubble with a "Localized string not found" message, instead of "too short".
