Hi Ryan. Has the flakiness started recently? If my memory serves me correctly, it used to be "stable" in the past.

The test was marked to only pass on Sierra, but we didn't have Sierra bots on the dashboard until last week.

The failure is that scroll bars are positioned incorrectly.
