Overview: VoiceOver iOS no longer reads aria-label and aria-labelledby values as the accessible name of links in iOS 10.0.2. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enable VoiceOver on iOS 10 2. Visit http://pauljadam.com/demos/linkpurpose.html in Safari iOS 10 3. Set VoiceOver focus to Shop Now links under aria-labelledby and aria-label headings. Expected Results: VoiceOver speaks "aria-labelledby Shop Now" and "aria-label Shop Now". Actual Results: VoiceOver speaks "Shop Now" and "Shop Now"

The fix for this issue was needed outside the WebKit project, therefore this is being resolved as 'Moved'. This should now be fixed in shipping software.
