Test HTML, css and font files

Webkit in Safari 10 and later (602.1.50 according to the user agent string) incorrectly renders some Hebrew vowels. See the attached test HTML file (and associated CSS and font file).

In the first line, the dot below the second character from the left should be the same level as the lines below the two matching characters to its right. In the second line, the line below the second character from the left should be the same length as the one below the second character from the right.

I have also filed this as Apple radar 28475482.

This is a screenshot of the correct rendering of the test HTML, using Chrome Version 53.0.2785.116 (64-bit), listing WebKit 537.36 in its user agent, running on macOS Sierra.
