On some pages, a fixed background image makes the scrolling stutter like crazy on my machine (a Mac Mini Late 2012 i7 / 2560x1440 screen).
The effect is pretty obvious on this page :

Firefox doesn't have this problem on the same machine.

I don't see this problem in Safari 15.5+. Can you please REOPEN with further details if you are still encountering problems?
