A new test added on August 18th is a flaky timeout, failing very frequently: http/tests/media/hls/hls-accessiblity-describes-video-menu.html

This flaky test may be responsible for the timeouts in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=161249

Skipped the test on mac in https://trac.webkit.org/r205124 to see if that makes an impact.
