The MathML pixel tests have changed a lot after http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/MathML/Early_2016_Refactoring#Phase1

After bug 153991, we should update the text & pixel references and remove the failure expectation for the test roots.xhtml and mo-stretch.html

On iOS, references should be updated too:

mathml/opentype/large-operators.html
mathml/opentype/vertical.html

I already reorganized a bit the TestExpectation to make things easier.

I just rebaseline all the pixel tests. Some of them will need to be rebaseline again after bug 153991.
