This is fixed as of changes made today to the nightly build server.

Launching an older WebKit Nightly build should correctly update to the latest. I did verify this worked as expected which was the error you originally reported. The Nightly Archive page issue is separate and should be opened as a separate bug.

Checking the Nightly Archive page and the current Nightly Build page, both of these pages are currently showing up to the most recent build: - https://webkit.org/nightly/ - https://webkit.org/nightly/archives/
