Summary Web Inspector: Becomes non-responsive after infinite loop

Reported 2016-06-20 12:34:35 PDT
Was testing some Ember.js code and came across an infinite loop using data observers. After I made a change in the code and tried to refresh the page, the Inspector remained completely non-responsive, and was using 100% CPU. I tried changing tabs (couldn't do that), and clicking anything. Nothing worked.

Could you provide a link to a web page to reproduce this?
