Watch the network traffic of this simple example: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1256960/%20Research/JS/SVG_Parameters/dotObjectBug.html Notice how the same SVG embedded with an object tag will not cache. Noticed in Chrome 49.0.2623.112 and Safari 9.1

This looks familiar, but I can't find an older bug for this.
