API test WKBrowsingContextLoadDelegateTest.Empty is a flaky failure

The only output in the API test logs is:
UNEXPECTEDLY EXITED WKBrowsingContextLoadDelegateTest.Empty

I haven't gone digging through old logs yet, but this may be Yosemite specific.
