testharnessreport.js should try to not produce reports with spaces at the end of the line. git commit does not like it.

Is this needed or we can close this, I think we keep 'testharnessreport.js' in sync with WPT, so we might not need to deviate from it and as such close this as 'RESOLVED INVALID'.

It's probably still reasonable to fix this, though not particularly high priority.
