I test with OS X 10.11.4 Safari 9.1 (11601.5.17.1) vs Google Chrome 49.0.2623.112

You can see, the font rendering in Google Chrome is better. Not blurred.

Safari is using standard Mac OS X font rendering. Chrome does their own thing, which doesn't match the OS.

Just because the bug is inside CoreGraphics doesn't mean the bug is invalid. Reopening.

Comment 9 Myles C. Maxfield 2016-04-18 11:58:45 PDT
Because this is a bug in OS X's CoreGraphics platform framework, we have opened <rdar://problem/25782949> tracking that internally.

This bugzilla site is for tracking bugs in WebKit, so <rdar://problem/25782949> should be used instead of this report.

Closing.

INVALID is actually the resolution that we use for issues that are not bugs in WebKit.
