* SUMMARY
Timeline Tab sometimes restores as blank.

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Inspector
2. Show Timeline Tab
3. Close Timeline Tab
4. Add New Timeline Tab
5. Repeat steps 2-4 if needed
  => Timeline tab restores completely blank every other time

* NOTES
- cookie[WebInspector.TimelineTabContentView.ShowingTimelineRecordingContentViewCookieKey] is false when there was no content view.
