Open this link in Safari iOS. You need the end from the website. Scroll down. You can see not working. Scroll up. Now Safari freeze!!

Please fix the issue. This is webkit issue.

This is not a page loading bug. This is a scrolling bug due to the fact that this page is massively long.

Safari Technology Preview (Version 9.1.1 (11601.6.10, 11602.1.25) on OSX little better as official version. 

But if using with the mouse scrolling via scroll bar (tap with the mouse on this scroll bar, now down,up. You can see the scroll bar and site is not smooth).

On Google Chrome 49.0.2623.110 OSX no issue.
