Apple Windows EWS is broken 6 days ago: https://webkit-queues.webkit.org/queue-status/win-ews Clean build on the Apple Windows buildbot: https://build.webkit.org/builders/Apple%20Win%20Release%20%28Build%29/builds/76059 It seems the clean build is broken long time ago. ( To make it clear, I just reported this bug, but have no plan to fix it myself. )

A suspicious change at that time was r197056, which I'm rolling out to see if it fixes things.
