removing an iframe from onload causes activity monitor confusion

I'm not sure if this is WebKit causing Safari issues, or just Safari having issues.  But I'm filing it here in case it's webkit issues.  See attached screen shot and test case.

This is probably a duplicate of bug 13281, even though the frame is removed before onload there.
