Web Inspector needs custom metrics panel for SVG SVG renderers (excepting <svg>) do not participate in the CSS box model, so they don't have metric information such as would be displayed in the existing Web Inspector metrics panel. We should come up with something better to put there. There are lots of aspects of svg rendering which are not yet displayed in the inspector. I'm sure we can come up with some interesting ones to put in a "metrics" panel. http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/render.html
