https://phab.enlightenment.org/w/efl_and_elementary_1_17/ 1.17.0-beta1 is out, the final release will be out on 1st of February.

Created attachment 268752 [details] Patch 1.17.0-beta1 builds fine on X86_64, I'm going to run tests and try to build it on ARM too.

Created attachment 270482 [details] Patch 1.17 is out, let's bump it. But I didn't set r? yet, because I would like to test ARM build first, additionally layout tests are broken due to bug153635. We can test and land this patch, once layout tests are rebased by port maintainers.

The new EFL dumps zillion warnings (?) to stderr during running JSC tests on AArch64 Linux: eo lib/eo/eo.c:753 _eo_api_op_id_get() Unable to resolve op for api func 0x7fa8fb9fd4 It would be great to fix this issue before bumping.

This warning is introduced in https://git.enlightenment.org/core/efl.git/commit/?id=f28f6ecbfa7a19c0425a33edd6a72d7bc8293e1e . But I have no idea what does this warning mean and how to fix.

Set to unassigned, I won't have time for this bug in the near future, feel free to pick it up if sombody is intereseted in bumping EFL version.
