Are you able to reproduce this issue? Are you using a retina or non-retina screen? What machine are you using? In particular, what graphics card are you using? What is the resolution of the screen you are using that has the web page open? Assuming you are able to reproduce this issue can you please save a web archive of the page and attach it to this bug. Is there any relevant output or error messages in the system log when the issue occurs? Is there any other information that you can provide to help reproduce this issue? I have not been able to reproduce this issue so far :(. I tried to reproduce using both a retina and non-retina MacBook Pro running OS X 10.11.2 (15C50) and Safari Version 9.0.2 (11601.3.9, r194284) to no avail.
