Steps to reproduce: 1. Open http://n12v.com 2. Open Elements tab 3. Select <!DOCTYPE html>

I didn't bisect. On my poor internet connection it often takes over an hour. Since this issue doesn't seen to cause any UI breakage, I didn't invest my time into fixing it.
