* SUMMARY
Timeline does not immediately update current time after switching tabs while recording.

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Inspect this page
2. Show Timelines Tab
3. Start Recording, wait a few seconds
4. Switch to Elements Tab, wait a few seconds
5. Switch back to Timelines Tab
  => Current Time marker is paused until an event comes in. It should be updating normally
