We had external and internal requests to expose the entire accessibility tree view, similar to the DOM tree view.

Microsoft is shipping and Accessibility Tree in F12 dev tools now. https://channel9.msdn.com/Events/WebPlatformSummit/edgesummit2016/ES1610
