It is known that WebKit nightlies do not work in OS X El Capitan, however I'm not sure if this is the same problem. How do we decide to display this banner?

I decide to display this banner to "A new nightly build of WebKit is available! Please take a moment to download and install it before continuing your testing." in http://nightly.webkit.org/start/ although installed webkit nightly latest version.

In present, WebKit-SVN-r190543 not support to Mac OS X 10.11 (by clean uninstall WebKit with AppCleaner) and decide to display this banner to "A new nightly build of WebKit is available! Please take a moment to download and install it before continuing your testing." in http://nightly.webkit.org/start/ although installed webkit nightly latest version all as same.

WebKit Nightly support to Mac OS X 10.11 completely (10.11.2).
