Summary Web Inspector: Style changes to Visual sidebar selector items

Fixes a few minor issues with the styles sidebar: - Removes the white outline on the checkboxes in the selector section when unchecked. - Modifying a selector now updates the title of that tree item - Adds highlighting to the margin/padding links when they are hovered
