Web Inspector: Hovering over an element in the Elements tab should highlight the whole line

Summary
Web Inspector: Hovering over an element in the Elements tab should highlight ...

Currently, hovering over an element in the Elements tab adds a light-blue background that is rounded at the corners and doesn't take up the entire line. This doesn't match the selected style.

Patch r=me Not sure why it was ever that way.. but rounded corners are not consistent with the selection style.
