* SUMMARY
Timeline overview graph layout is broken. Bars/frames don't scale correctly, and bar positioning is erratic while scrolling.

* STEP TO REPRODUCE
1. Record a timeline.
2. Scroll/zoom in Timeline view.
3. Zoom in Rendering Frames view.
  => Bars and frames don't scale properly, and bars jump around while scrolling.
