[Image] Timelines mockup - new icons

* SUMMARY
Update timeline icons (Network, Layout, JavaScript) to match rest of UI. The Inspector has been moving toward a flatter, cleaner style and the current timeline icons look a bit dated now.

* NOTES
Attached is a mockup with more modern looking placeholder icons. The network icon is our Network tab icon and works well here, but we'd likely want to design new icons for the Layout and JavaScript timelines.

I actually like the Layout icon as you have it now. The JavaScript icon is nice, but it definitely could be better (maybe a "</>" style icon).

I associate "</>" with markup language rather than scripting. The icon could definitely be better though, maybe something that includes the idea of events in addition to script. Then again a simple monochrome scroll icon similar to the current one could work too.

I think we should not change these icons to be monochrome. In general, large icons on OS X should be in color. Smaller glyphs are monochrome.
