Current Functionality

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Paste the following into the styles sidebar:

overflow: hidden;
overflow: hidden;

2. Click the checkbox before the second "overflow: hidden;" to comment it out

Instead of the second property being commented out as expected, the first one is commented out.

This appears to have been fixed as a result of https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=146727.
