Testcase: data:text/html,<math><mmultiscripts><mi>B</mi><mn>1</mn><mn>2</mn><none/><mn>4</mn><mprescripts/><mn>5</mn><none/><mn>6</mn><mn>7</mn></mmultiscripts></math> WebKit exposes this element as subrole "AXMathMultiscript" but VoiceOver does not seem to recognize it.
